RETURN POLICY
At Pure Peace LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality wellness, botanical, specialty, and consumable products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return guidelines.
RETURNS
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, or store credits.
To qualify for a return:
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Items must not show signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery
Due to the nature of consumable products, certain items are non-returnable.
PRODUCT RETURNS
For safety, compliance, and quality-control reasons:
• Opened consumable products cannot be returned
• Pure Peace LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return requirements
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
• Photos of the item and packaging
• Order information
• A brief description of the issue
Approved defective or damaged items may qualify for replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
SALE ITEMS
Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
