Failed in every aspect

Made a small purchase to test out this company.
•Saturday Feb 8, ordered an 8th of Jealousy. Got an email confirmation for my purchase but after a week never received a shipping notification.
•Friday Feb 14 sent e-mail and didn't get a response.
•Saturday Feb 15 sent a message through the website and got a response from Tonya.
"Hello Evan, so at that time, we had a swarm of fraudulent activity on the website and unfortunately your order got overlooked when trying to clear them out. I do see you place an order and I can get that out to you Monday. I apologize this shouldn’t be a problem moving forward"
•Friday Feb 21 I finally receive an e-mail saying my order shipped.
•Monday Feb 24 my order finally arrives at USPS to be shipped. Keep in mind this is 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered.
•Tuesday Mar 18 (5 1/2 weeks later)I finally receive a notice saying my package is out for delivery. By 6 pm I had no package received so I checked the tracking and it says "item has been intercepted".
•Wednesday Mar 19 contacted Pure Peace to report the problem and request a refund and received this response from Tonya.
"Hello, why was your order intercepted? It’s hemp. Legal under the 2018 farm bill."

I sent a reply but never got another response. No refund issued.

So to sum it up I placed my order on Feb 8 and it didn't arrive until Mar 18 only to be seized by USPS. I assume this is due to poor/suspicious packaging. I've ordered from probably over a dozen hemp companies and have never had an issue with any packages seized. Ironically I had another package with a QP delivered the exact same day from JK Distro without any problem. Yet the package from Pure Peace with only an 8th got intercepted.

This is exatly why I started with a small purchase to test this company out. Unfortunately they failed in almost every aspect. Once you've done business with enough companies, it starts to become very obvious who has their sh*t together and who doesn't. The customer service here is terrible. I would avoid this place at all costs, there are so many better options out there.
