Leaving my review here because the page i should be using is GONE which i dont understand why they ALWAYS DO THAT

BEWARE: I URGE ANYONE WHO CHOOSES TO SHOP HERE TO BE CAUTIOUS AND WARY IF THEY ARE OK WITH POSSIBLY GETTING A SCREWED UP ORDER AND NOT GETTING ANY HELP AT ALL THEN DO AS YOU WILL. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

The triple blue haze 7gs i received WAS SHORT on the scale and too moist to BURN. TASTED HARSH AND DISGUSTING NOTHING LIKE WHAT I WAS EXPECTING.
I rolled it up upon arrival to test it in a plain raw paper and nothing else.
Would NOT STAY LIT AT ALL.

im super disappointed BECAUSE I WAS SO EXCITED FOR THIS STRAIN i will try jarring it for a bit but i shouldnt even have to do that.

WORST PART IS I KEEP REACHING OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AM NOT GETTING A RESPONSE. NOT FROM EMAILS OR EVEN TEXTS I SENT TO "TONYA"
This is egregiously UNDESIREABLE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SITUATION.

I AM AN EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER and i may not be back Unless anything improves.

GOOD REPUTABLE COMPANIES WHO STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS SHOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ADDRESS CUSTOMERS ORDER ISSUES.

I DONT FEEL VALUED AS A CUSTOMER AND IT SEVERELY AFFECTS MY OPINION OF THIS COMPANY
